Love is the answer

“What good is it for man to gain the whole world yet forfeit his soul?” We are working hard to gain material things, to achieve fame and power, to obtain worldly goods. But soon all these will come to pass. They give us temporal happiness and pleasure maybe, but they are not enough to make us completely and ultimately happy. Things that seem important for the moment are not the ones that are truly important. I should ask myself, what is important to me? And I answer – family, friends, others. But those too shall come to pass and what will be left is the LOVE I shared to them and them to me. But unconditional love has no boundaries nor limitations. It continues to love even when one doesn’t get anything back. It continues to give until it has given up everything.
