After months of not going to the gym and years of not playing badminton, my sleeping muscles got their needed dose of stretching last Wednesday.
Wisdom
1. The wedding reminded me to eat healthy and enjoy life's simple pleasures.
2. Honey and mint shampoo makes your hair squeaky-clean.
3. Wallclimbing made me realized that reaching the top of the wall is easier if you use your feet and legs to gain leverage.
4. Gatorade really quenches deep-down body thirst.
